The organ at St. Thomas Church is a two manual and pedal instrument of some 22 ranks of pipes installed in twin pipe chambers fronted by the facade pipes of the Great and Pedal Montres. The hand crafted low profile key desk is of cherry wood with key claviers of bahia rosewood and padouk.

The church is octagonal is design creating a very warm acoustic in the round environment for celebration with striking stained glass windows depicting the story of creation. The foyer includes murals from Italy of the saints and founders of the Vincentian Religious Community.
